11/19/2013: Rise of tech tenants changing office market
Developers, business leaders and policy experts alike are expressing their concerns to Bill de Blasio regarding the future of office space in NYC. Specifically, the experts are concerned that the growth of tech companies has dramatically changed the office market landscape, creating a list of new space requirements for which the city must adapt.
